Two years into the implementation of the Philippine Development Plan (PDP) 2023-2028, the country is making significant headway toward socioeconomic transformation. Fundamental areas like economic growth, human capital development, digitalization, innovation, infrastructure, and social services are progressing well, with a focus on realizing sustainable outcomes. 

With most of its development targets on track, the PDP is proving to be a guiding framework for the nation’s progress. NEDA Secretary Arsenio M. Balisacan stated that regardless of the challenges we may face, the timely and effective implementation of programs, activities, and projects in 2025 and beyond is essential for achieving our development targets and will remain our top priority.
